Sphinx drew away at Bridgnorth 1-1 and will have to try again in the F.A. Cup Preliminary Round at Sphinx Drive on Tuesday 31st August.

Sphinx went a goal up early on with a Kyle Rhodes header but were soon pegged back when Bridgnorth were awarded a penalty on 29 minutes.

Kelvin Phillips thought he had scored his 7th of the season but his strike was ruled offside.

The second half was much of a non event as both teams huffed and puffed but no one could get that elusive deciding goal.

So its back to Sphinx Drive on Tuesday night at 7.45pm where the tie will be decided as the game will go into extra time and penalties if its not come to a conclusion on 90 minutes
